Plant-based news - August 2025 🌱

What’s new in the world of plants food? Quite a lot, actually. From collabs to category expansions. This summer isn’t slowing down. ☀️

2. Juicy Marbles x Revo Foods – after launching their vegan cod, they’re back with a whole-cut plant-based salmon: Kinda Salmon. Packed with protein and omega-3s, it’s available now via Juicy Marbles’ webshop.

4. Tofutti partners with Greens and Grains to launch a plant-based tzatziki, using its “Better Than Sour Cream” as the base.
5. Livekindly Collective revives the Like brand in the UK after 3 years, targeting Gen Z flexitarians. Available in Tesco from September with nuggets, popcorn chicken, and hot dogs.
6. MALK Organics brings back a fall favorite – Pumpkin Spice Almond MALK – with organic pumpkin, spices, and maple syrup. Limited time only.
7. Novameat debuts two fibrous plant-based meats: Pulled Lamb Style and Pulled Pork Style, made with its micro-extrusion tech.
   
   8. RIND by Dina & Joshua launches Bleu Crumbles – meltable, tangy, creamy, and made with real roqueforti cultures. Perfect for salads, dips, sandwiches, and beyond.
   
   9. Kinish (Japan) introduces The Rice Creamery – a new line of rice-based ice creams with 60% less sugar and 62% lower emissions vs. dairy ice cream.
8. vly x Billie Green – The rumors are true: they’ve teamed up! Breakfast lovers unite: vegan, snack-driven, flavor-first. We’re curious to see what this match brings to the table.

More proof that the plant-based category isn’t slowing down. It’s branching out! 💚
