Description: Cocoa Powder is obtained from cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) by crushing, drying, roasting and then grinding.
Ingredient: Cocoa (100 %).
Intended Use: for direct consumption or further processing.
Packing: as agreed upon with the Sales Department. Packing types and quantities as stated in the Analysis Certificate.
Storage conditions: store in dry, well-ventilated area, free from odors, at temperature at a temperature of 15 °C to 20 °C with relative humidity < 50 %.
Preservatives: no preservatives are used.
Organic option: available.
Options: 10-12 % fat or 20-22 % fat, native or alkalized
