Ingredients:
- 50g oat drink powder
- 200 ml water
- 10 g vanilla pudding powder + 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or maple syrup
- fruits
Instructions:
Dissolve the oat drink powder in 200 ml of water. Mix thoroughly. In a small bowl, mix the pudding powder (in 2 tablespoons of cold water). Heat the prepared oat drink in a saucepan. When it is warm, add the dissolved pudding. Stir while heating until the mixture thickens.
Remove from the heat, add coconut oil and vanilla extract and mix thoroughly. The mixture should be smooth (if necessary, you can blend it). Leave it in the fridge until it cools down and thickens. Once cooled, serve with fresh fruit.
