Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe
In the spirit of the season, cafes and pastry shops are rolling out the frightfully delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte – available in both milky and plant-based versions!

Ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree (approx. 60g),
– spices: 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon each of ginger and cardamom,
– 1 teaspoon of sugar,
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanilla paste,
– 150ml water + 30g oat milk powder,
– Single or double espresso,
– 50ml warm water + 30g coconut milk powder,
– 1 teaspoon of almond paste.
Instructions:
1. Heat the pumpkin puree with sugar, vanilla paste, and spices.
2. Dissolve 30g of oat milk powder in 150ml of water, mix well, and add it to the saucepan with the puree. Heat briefly and blend all the ingredients. Strain if needed.
3. Prepare the espresso. Dissolve 30g of coconut milk powder in 50ml of warm water and froth it.
4. Pour the pumpkin oat milk, espresso, and frothed coconut milk into a tall glass.
5. Top the pumpkin spice latte with a teaspoon of almond paste and a sprinkle of cinnamon or stir with cinnamon stick or both, cuz it’s the best!
