Description: Textured Pea Protein is a dry product obtained in the extrusion process.
Ingredient: Pea protein, acidity regulators: Tetrasodium pyrophosphate E450 (iii), Sodium carbonate E500 (i).
Intended Use: for direct consumption or further processing.
Packing: as agreed upon with the Sales Department. Packing types and quantities as stated in the Analysis Certificate.
Storage conditions: Store in dry area, at temperature < 25 °C and relative humidity < 75 %.
Preservatives: no preservatives are used.
