PRODUCT DETAILS
Description: Textured Wheat Protein is a dry product obtained in the extrusion process.
Ingredient: wheat protein, Wheat flour, acidity regulators: Tetrasodium pyrophosphate E450 (iii), Sodium carbonate E500 (I).
Intended Use: for direct consumption or further processing.
Packing: as agreed upon with the Sales Department. Packing types and quantities as stated in the Analysis Certificate.
Storage conditions: store in dry area, at temperature < 25 °C and relative humidity < 75 %.
Preservatives: no preservatives are used.
ORGANOLEPTIC PARAMETERS
Colour and appearance: chunks of irregular shape / beige to light brown.
Flavour: characteristic flavor, without foreign aftertaste.
Odour: characteristic aroma, without foreign odors.
