Vegan Stock at World Food Poland 2024 (report)

Have you been to WorldFood Poland? We did and we want to say it’s nice to see the evolution of this industry event. 🚀

Thank you for the discussions we had! It’s great to see how the plant-based (and not only) companies we work and have worked with are developing their products and growing their Teams. Excellent work!

A fantastic idea – once again – was to combine the commercial nature of the fair with an educational value. During the WFP, there were a number of debates on food trends, and we took part in panel discussions led by Maciej Otrębski (RoślinnieJemy) on:
1. Does new food equal the destruction of tradition? (Participants: Wieslaw Macherzynski – LabFarm.pl Sp. z o.o., Rafał Kunicki – PROTEINrise, Michał Tracz – KRK Kieszkowska Rutkowska Kolasiński)
2. Plant-based start-ups: the end of the boom, survival mode or a bright future? Sales trend. (Participants: Michal Gaszynski – SERio, Martyna Polak – Planeat, Michał Misza Piosik – foodtech.ac).
3. What is “sausage” to a Pole? Communication challenges and the development of the plant-based industry. (Participants: Andrzej Świderski – Plantway, Marcin Tischner – ProVeg Polska, Sebastian Tołwiński – Upfield, Anna Lewicka – ADVALUE Poland)
